City : Lille is the 4th largest city in France, it is situated on the Deule river near the border with Belgium.

Co-ordinates: 50o 38' 10.64 N 03o 03' 55.90" E

This Flames is situated right in the middle of the city in the square called Place du General de Gaulle. I actually parked in an underground car-park under the square! This Flames was used as a background and was never attacked.
