City : Charleroi is the largest city in the municipal area of Wallonia

This was an impossible Flames to photograph as it had been destroyed I think during action in WW2. This is still a hotel, now called Hotel de Ville et Place Charles II.

Dear Sir,

I saw your card of Charleroi. In fact, the building still exists and is today one of the greatest libraries of Wallony. It is called 'Molière' .

Picture now changed and I guess I will need to see this for myself some day soon!
